The Romanian Association for Wind Engineering (ARIV) is an organization looking to disseminate research and promote collaboration in all wind engineering related aspects.

Wind engineering is a vast field, which brings together specialists involved in a variety of subjects, such as wind-induced loads on buildings and structures, wind climate and meteorology, wind energy production, pedestrian wind environment as well as wind-induced hazard and related disaster management.

ARIV brings together members from academics, research and industry, both from Romania and abroad. Our organization welcomes anyone who conducts research or is involved in business related to wind engineering.
